Our company was initiated by Sharon Dahlberg and her partner in order to address the need for affordable packaging options in a variety of industries. History of Packaging Solutions
When Sharon realized that her career in design was not fulfilling, she made a bold decision to change paths and become a buyer in the manufacturing industry. Through this role, she had the opportunity to interact with various salespeople and business owners, leading her to discover her true passion for providing solutions and working with people. She continued to gain experience within the industry before branching out on her own in 1988, starting Packaging Solutions with a business partner.
When she first entered the industry, it was rare for a woman to be a business owner in this field. But her determination and passion for finding unique solutions for her customers quickly led to success and growth for the company. Hard work and long-term partnerships with clients have formed the foundation of the business. Sharon’s willingness to learn and pivot in her career ultimately led to success for her customers and for the business.
